Billable weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight of your parcel. Carriers charge on whichever is higher.
Why is my estimated weight higher?
Large but light parcels are charged on volumetric weight. Reducing empty space or choosing repackaging can lower the billable weight.
What items are prohibited?
Dangerous goods, liquids, powders, batteries, counterfeit items, cash, and weapons cannot be shipped. Review the prohibited items list before you ship.
